The guy Matt is very honest and upfront. They gave me an estimate and told me exactly what they were going to do to fix it... not only did it take them a few days to replace my transmission they gave me a warranty and when I had a small leak they took care of it the morning I brought it to them immediately ... Our fleet truck customers do not need to spend valuable time in the shop with transmission issues due that could have been avoided by servicing their fleet vehicles based on their owner's manual recommendations! Especially if it is simply changing a clogged filter, changing fluids or clutch issues! You worked on my 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel. It was shifting weird. I was thinking I was going to have to replace the tranny but you said you felt it was an electrical issue.
